Monsal Ripple is a light installation for Monsal Dale in the Derbyshire Peak. It consists of a sea of lights that, from the viewpoint of Monsal Head, appear to float across the valley. The lights are individually controlled by a computer and transmitter so that a pulse or wave appears to travel along the valley.
